Terms of Service

1. Under no circumstance may the art provided by the artist be modified or used for any AI training program.2. Designs are not to be resold for any reason.3. Commercial Rights to sell any illustration for merchandising purposes is x3 the base cost of the illustration. Contact the artist first to let them know prior to ordering for custom invoices.4. If there is a commission that does not follow the TOS guidelines or the requirements cannot be met by the artist due to their art style or personal preference, they have the right to refuse the commission.5. The artist has the right to refuse refunds and commissions if any poor behavior has been exhibited during any interaction with the artist. Harassment of any form will not be tolerated and will result in an instant block and termination of the commission by the artist without refund.6. Commissions are only official once a payment has been received in full. Payments will only be accepted in the form of USD from Ko-fi or PayPal.7. Commissions with requests for explicit content or offensive topics will have to be discussed before going further.8. Artworks commissioned must be specified for publication or privatization. If private works are going to be publicized, it must be discussed with the artist and approved before publication on any and all merchandise.9. If, for any reason, the client requests for the image to remain private for a period of time, they must discuss it with the artist prior to ordering.
(If an order is withheld longer than one month after it's completion, clients will be subjected to a holding fee starting at $20 USD.)10. The commissions created by the artist should be fully accredited to the artist. The artist retains certain rights such as being accredited for their artwork and being able to publish the art in their personal portfolio and social media, during and after the completion of the artwork. For crediting, link the artist’s relevant social media account.
11. Most commission prices provided on the website do include the rights to commercial use, discuss with the artist for more information regarding your order. (Corporate, Small Business or Live2D orders are subject to higher costs for commercial use.)
12. Any drastic changes to artworks, such as characters, poses or backgrounds, must be addressed before the artist starts rendering the artwork. There may be additional charges for any drastic modifications after a sketch has been confirmed upon.
13. Commissions are limited to 2 revisions during the sketching stage. Any minor changes depending on the complexity and the stage of the artwork may be accepted at the discretion of the artist.
14. If any commission has taken more than 6 months without progress, or if there is an emergency, full or partial refunds may be allowed if discussed with the artist.
15. All clients ordering from the artist are expected to fully read the artists TOS guidelines and Ko-fi form before placing the order. Failure to do so will halt all project progress.Clients are also expected to fully review and select any add-ons costs that apply to their orders.Clients that neglect to select the appropriate add-ons that apply to their order will delay project progress until a full payment is made.Communication can be done with clients on Twitter, Bluesky, Ko-fi, or Instagram. Discord request will not be accepted.
